Refund Policy

Digital download: no refunds for change of mind. If something's wrong with your files, we'll fix it.

Because our templates are digital downloads you can open right away, we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

If a template link won't open, a file isn't working, or your kit doesn't match the listing, reply to your Etsy order message with your order number, or email hello@readyposttemplates.com, and we'll fix it or send a working link, usually within one business day.

Purchases are made on Etsy. If a problem can't be fixed, Etsy's Purchase Protection may still cover you, for example if a kit isn't delivered or isn't as described.

Before you buy: the templates open in Canva. A free Canva account works, and you'll make your own copy to edit.
