This page explains what information ReadyPostTemplates collects through this website and how it's used.

Newsletter signups (MailerLite)

When you sign up for The Ready Post, you give us your email address, whether you're a Loan Officer or a Realtor, and, if you choose, your first name. Signups are collected and stored by our email provider, MailerLite. We use your details to send the free Pre-Approval Checklist right away, then The Ready Post every Tuesday (a free Canva template, a ready-to-post idea and a tip), plus occasional updates and offers about our templates, such as subscriber discount codes. Some issues may include sponsored content or offers from partners we think you'll find useful. MailerLite records whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked, so we can see what's useful. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Purchases (Etsy)

Our kits are sold on Etsy. Payment and order information is handled by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy. We receive the order details Etsy shares with sellers. This website doesn't take payments or store order details.

Analytics and cookies

This site doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising tags. We verify the site with Google Search Console and Pinterest using code that doesn't track visitors. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this page. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your email address with sponsors or partners.

Hosting and fonts

This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process basic technical data (like IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. Email hello@readyposttemplates.com to ask what we have on file or to have it deleted. We'll reply within 30 days.

Emails sent to hello@readyposttemplates.com are forwarded to our Outlook (Microsoft) inbox.
