Template License

When you buy a ReadyPostTemplates kit, you get a license to use the templates as described below. Canva's own license terms also apply to any Canva elements, photos and fonts in the templates.

You can

• Use the templates to market your own business, whether that's your personal brand as a Loan Officer or Realtor or your own small business. A single kit covers one person's own business. An Agent + LO Bundle covers one Realtor and one Loan Officer partner, each using their own version for their own business marketing.
• Edit everything: text, colors, fonts, photos, logos and layout.
• Post the finished designs on your social media, website, email and print materials.
• Create co-branded posts with a referral partner. Your partner can appear on the finished posts you design and publish, but the editable Canva template links stay with you.
• Keep and reuse the designs you've edited and posted, for as long as you like.

You can't

• Resell the templates, edited or unedited, or offer them as your own templates.
• Redistribute or give away the templates or any part of them.
• Share the Canva template links with anyone your purchase doesn't cover.

Partner sharing

Want to post the same campaign with a referral partner? Your partner can buy the version made for their side (Loan Officer or Realtor), or, where we offer one, you can buy the Agent + LO Bundle, which covers one of each. Compliance

Our templates are marketing samples, not legal or compliance advice. You fill in your own NMLS ID or license number, check the Equal Housing wording, and add any other disclosures you need. Always follow your own company's and state's advertising rules.
