FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do I need Canva Pro?

No. The templates are made to open and edit in a free Canva account.

How do I get my templates?

Buy on Etsy and your digital download is available right away. It includes the link to open your templates in Canva, where you make your own copy to edit.

Can I change the colors, fonts and photos?

Yes. Everything is editable in Canva: colors, fonts, photos and text. Add your logo, headshot and contact details.

What's the difference between the Loan Officer and Realtor versions?

Same designs and topics, with wording written for each audience, plus spots for your own NMLS or license details.

Are the templates compliance-approved?

No. Our templates are marketing samples, not legal or compliance advice. You fill in your own NMLS ID or license number, check the Equal Housing wording, and add any other disclosures you need. Always follow your own company's and state's advertising rules.

Can I share a kit with my referral partner or team?

A single kit covers one person's own business. Co-branded posts with a referral partner are fine, but the editable Canva template links stay with you. Want to post the same campaign with a referral partner? Your partner can buy the version made for their side (Loan Officer or Realtor), or, where we offer one, you can buy the Agent + LO Bundle, which covers one of each. Teams and brokerages: email hello@readyposttemplates.com for a custom license. See the template license.

Can I get a refund?

Because these are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If a link won't open or a file isn't working, message us and we'll fix it. See the refund policy.

What's a Mini kit?

A smaller, lower-priced ($12) version of a full kit. It's a good way to try our templates first.

Compliance disclaimer: Our templates are marketing samples, not legal or compliance advice. You fill in your own NMLS ID or license number, check the Equal Housing wording, and add any other disclosures you need. Always follow your own company's and state's advertising rules.
